Society Extraordinary General Meeting 2011        !!!Updated!!!

 

An Extraordinary General Meeting of the Clan MacThomas Society will be held on Saturday 19 November 2011 at 11.00 am at The Grosvenor Hotel, 101 Buckingham Palace Road, London SW1W 0SJ, United Kingdom.

 

Details of the reason for the meeting and relevant procedures can be found in the Members Secure area of this website - link - and will be circulated to all current members shortly. 

 

Details of the members standing for election to Council and a proxy voting facility can be also found in the Members Secure area.

 Subscriptions for  2011

 

Subsciptions for 2011 were due for payment on 1st January 2011. Will members who have not paid please arrange to send their remittance to either the Society Treasurer, Jon Hedges (details in the Clach A' Choilich or the Members Secure area of this website), or to their local Branch as soon as possible.

Reminders were recently sent to European members with the New Year newsletter. Thank you.
