Annual General Meeting 2010
The Annual General Meeting of the Clan MacThomas Society will be held at the Minto Hotel, 16 - 18, Minto Street, Edinburgh, EH9 1RQ on Saturday 29th May 2010 at 2:30pm.
The Agenda will be as follows:
1. To receive and approve the 2009/10 Report of the Council.
2. To receive and approve the 2009 Statement of Accounts.
The draft accounts can now be reviewed in the Members Secure area of this website.
3/4. To appoint two Branch Heads to the Council for a three year term.
(The Convenor of the US and Canada has offered herself re-election for another three
year term. The Secretary of the Australian Branch has advised that he does not wish
to continue to sit on the Council and the Secretary of the European Branch has agreed
to stand for election to Council in his place).
5. To appoint an Honorary Auditor for 2011.
6. To agree the proposals of the Archives Committee.
7. To consider a proposal regarding Memorials at the Cockstane.
8. To hear the initial views of the Membership Committee.
9. To deal with any other business.
All paid up members are entitled to attend. Alternatively they can appoint a proxy to vote or raise points on their behalf.

If you intend to attend the meeting in person please advise the Treasurer so that we can ensure that is sufficient seating.
