Clan MacThomas 40th Anniversary Response
Andrew MacThomas has sent the following response to the messages of congratulations that were sent to him via the website on the 40th Anniversary of his becoming the 19th Chief of Clan MacThomas and President of the Society.
I wish to thank the many of you who so kindly sent me messages to celebrate my forty years as your Chief. I am touched, overwhelmed and grateful to receive tributes from all over the world. I believe this indicates that the special bond of clanship is still strong today. If you can not be in Edinburgh next week for the celebrations, then I very much hope you can come to Glenshee in May 2011. It promises to be a fantastic gathering.
